«Delete my data» revokes your Google and Meta tokens and deletes your account at once; everything else is deleted within 30 days of your request.
Three ways to delete your data
1. In the panel: “Delete my data”
- Sign in at app.plugads.io.
- Open the account page: app.plugads.io/app/account.
- In Delete my data, confirm the deletion.
This immediately revokes the Google Ads, Google Analytics, Search Console and Meta tokens, signs out every AI assistant connected to PlugAds, deletes the card saved at monobank, and deletes your account, connections, settings, proposals, change log, inbox and usage data.
2. By email
Write to privacy@plugads.io with the subject “Delete my data”, from the email address of your PlugAds account. If you write from another address, we’ll ask you to confirm that the account is yours. We reply within 3 business days and complete deletion within 30 days.
3. Revoke access at Google or Meta
Google: open myaccount.google.com/permissions (Google Account → Security → Your connections to third-party apps & services), choose PlugAds — in this list Google shows it under the name of our Google Cloud project, Plugix — and remove its access.
Facebook / Meta: open Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations, select PlugAds and click Remove. Meta notifies us, we delete your Meta token and the list of your Meta ad accounts, and Meta shows you a confirmation code; you can check its status at app.plugads.io/meta/data-deletion/status.
Revoking stops our access straight away. To delete the rest of your PlugAds data (your account, Google data, site-tag data and the change log), also use option 1 or 2.
What we delete
- Your account profile (name, email) and your team’s access to the workspace.
- OAuth tokens for Google and Meta: immediately, and we revoke them at Google and Meta.
- Connected ad accounts and settings: budget caps, guardian rules, notifications, Telegram link.
- Cached reports and market data, proposals and the change log.
- Inbox conversations, captured contact details and call transcripts.
- Data collected by the PlugAds tag on your site (visits, leads, session replays): deleted together with your account, usually within an hour and in any case within 30 days of your request. Anonymous event counts kept by our infrastructure provider (no IP address, visitor or click identifiers, or form values) expire on their own within about 90 days.
- The card saved at monobank, and, if you ask, your support emails.
What deletion doesn’t change
- Your ad accounts. Changes you approved stay in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager; deleting PlugAds data doesn’t undo them. Remove the PlugAds tag from your site yourself.
- Payment records. Invoices and payments are kept for as long as Ukrainian accounting and tax law requires.
- Your AI chats and messengers. Conversations in Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor, and messages in Telegram, Viber or Instagram, are stored by those providers under your account with them. Delete them there.
- Backups are overwritten within 30 days.
Timeline
